1. It is not possible to cancel any orders where the merchandise has been specially ordered, The company Hot Tub World SL trading as Spas4You.com will not be held responsible for any delays whatsoever be they third party, shipping or transport delays, any delay for whatever reason is not a reason for cancellation.
2. The client is obliged to pay a deposit of 50% at time of order (75% in some cases ) in order to execute the order. This may vary at our discretion and with the product. If a client is unable to take delivery of the Spa with in 30 days from date of order the full purchase price becomes payable.
3. The balance is payable by cleared funds 3 days before delivery unless otherwise agreed.
4. Deposits are not refundable just because a client simply changes their mind. The deposit subject to any reasonable costs incurred by the company may be used against any other purchase. No monetary refunds will be made if a client does not wish to finalise the purchase.
5. The location, selection and preparation of where the Hot Tub is to be situated is the total responsibility of the client.. Structural damage to the Hot Tub spa resulting from installation or placement on an inadequate foundation will not be covered by the manufacturers warranty.
6. The prices indicated on our web site are indicative only due to currency exchange rates which may vary.
Customers understand that the 8 (eight) general conditions are written into Spains governing bodies on contract laws 7/1998 13 of April and it is understood and accepted that the client agrees to the above and to our general trading terms.
